Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at We will provide you with a return address to send your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive your item and find that there is something wrong, such as the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item. Please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on earrings.
Sale items may only be returned for store credit.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Full price items (including the use of discount codes) - once your item has been received and checked, if the return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Paypal can take up to 14 days to release the funds back into your account.
Sale items - once your item has been received and checked, if the return is accepted, you’ll be issued a gift voucher for the value of the item to the email address you used to place the order.
The gift voucher will be eligible for 1 year.
If there is a problem with your return item and we cannot accept it, you will receive an email explaining any issues.
Please note: any returns sent outside of the 14-day returns window won't be accepted. We will contact you to arrange payment for a return shipping label and the item will be shipped back to you.
Returns are subject to a £2 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund value. This fee helps our small business off-set the cost of payment processing fee's and wasted packaging. Email if you require further information around this.
When returning a sale item, the same £2 returns processing fee will be deducted from your store credit.
