DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery within the UK is £5. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail.
For JUNO hair accessories purchased alone, a signed for service will be used. For brands and everything else, it will be sent fully Tracked.
Delivery aim 2-5 business days*
(If you have an event or any reason why you need your order by a certain date. Please don’t hesitate to let us know and we will always do our best to get it to you by then!)
For the rest of Europe, shipping is £10. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service.
Delivery aim 3-7 business days*
The worldwide shipping cost (outside of Europe) is £20. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service.
Delivery aim 5-10 business days (up to 15 days at the moment in Australia due to covid related delays and limited flights) *
*We will always aim to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible and dispatch within 48 hours.
Shipping confirmation emails are sent with tracking numbers so you can trace your item. You will receive an email from Royal Mail notifying you when your parcel is due to be delivered. Please be aware that if you change the delivery preferences and select the 'deliver to safe-place' option, we are not liable for theft or damage which occurs at your chosen safe-place.
PLEASE NOTE: We are based in the UK, and orders delivered internationally may be subject to additional customs charges when they enter the destination country. The responsibility of these additional import costs is with the receiver, so please familiarise yourself with the rules and charges specific to your country before ordering.
Returns are welcome within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please email email@example.com stating your order number, which items you'd like to return and reason for return (we value the feedback!)
We will provide you with a returns address, and once your return item is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns must be received back in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on earrings. Customers are responsible for returning their items to us.
Currently we do not offer an exchange process, and the quickest way to exchange your item for a different size is to return your item for a refund and make a new purchase for your preferred new size.
